Terms are 30 days from date of invoice, and a finance charge of 2% per month will be added to all balances over 30 days.  Orders over $50 must be prepaid or a bank reference along with three trade references must be sent with the original order.

Shipping: Books are best shipped via UPS or USPS priority mail.  We can also ship via Federal Express but do not recommend this option due to high shipping rates.  We dislike drop shipping or STOP shipping (single title order plan) individual books to bookstores but do so at list price less 40% plus $4 shipping costs.

Resale: Illinois dealers must mention their resale number with their order to avoid taxes being applied.

Nonreceipt or shortages must be reported to us within 30 days of the shipping/invoice date.

Promotions and Advertisement: Promotional information, including brochures and pictures, can be supplied by request through mail or through the website.
